Ok, so went out tonight (no phone with me) got their area all cleaned up, gave some fresh water, then took a small handful of mealworms and kept my hand as still as possible. At first, they ran around as usual. Then, they all kind of kept looking at my hand, but not coming to it. Then, they all laid down picked at the pine shavings and stretched out - near but not too close.I saw her grab it but was thinking maybe if they get use to your hand laying there with mealworms you'll have ducklings standing on you eventually. Works here. lol
I dont think they actually saw the worms! So, I took my thumb and slowly spread them out and toward the tips of my fingers. They saw them then and came over to gobble them up. They were still leary, so it was very amusing.
They looked to be double in size since yesterday.
