Whee! Mocha and Blossom enjoy swim time.

Wow they are cute. I’m not used to the quiet of muscovys. I love watching them play, but I hate cleaning up the mushy mess afterwards.

Those little stinkers can be super fast. When they divide, they conquer! So a stick is definitely the way to go. I use one all the time.

I got a kiddie pool - ok a smaller one than their brooder which is more manageable where water is concerned. The ducklings weren't too sure about it. But, it was a really warm day compared to what it has been so I thought it wouldn't take long forr them to figure it out. So, while I worked on their duck house, they went for a swim. Java Joe was of course the first one to jump in.

Well, I am getting slow with all of this coop and duck house work. Making me feel really old. I can't wait for everything to be done so that I can just sit back and enjoy them. Does that ever happen?
