My Pekin duck has black dots on her beak?

So my duck recently started getting black dots on her beak. They weren't there before and I went to the vet and asked what it would be. They said they don't specialize in ducks but that it could be some mold or something. I had looked it up a few days ago and I saw pictures of Pekin ducks with almost half their beaks covered. So what do you guys think this can be?

Also, she's been kind of like coughing or sneezing weird and lately. It's been hot here and I make sure to leave water for her to clean her beak. And she also pants a lot, i sometimes let her on the bed but she gets hot and I put her down. But when I put her down I notice her feet were really hot
