My Pigeon will not eat!!

Can somebody please help? My mom found a baby pigeon on the ground and decided to take it because it was in a dangerous place. But now it’s been four days and it won’t open it’s beak. We did at least feed him a bit. But now he’s really weak and won’t open it’s beak at all. Final question: How do I feed this pigeon?

I prefer the bottle feeding like in the video above, but if it won’t take it from a bottle yet, you can tube it with a syringe.
