I think that your humor is actually contagious, LOL

I have a few young Polish, and so far they seem pretty friendly. They come running up to me, follow me over to the waterer, and are really mild when picked up. I have buff laced, and white crested blues. The bigger ones are going on 3 months, and then I got some replacements last month, that are still in the brooder....along with a chick from a swap, that has the polish nose, and is starting to get a poof. It's funny, because it took me a couple of weeks to realize I had a polish in there

They are close to my favorites, I just love watching them

That is too funny, Brahmamama. How could you miss a Polish chick? LOL.
I love watching them too. They can be so goofy, and the noises they make are very different, something like a duck/peacock.

I am still here...just not very often any more. I have been sooooo busy! We just finished our new chicken barn...whoooo! I am glad that is done.

My girls are very loving. (I miss my little Henny Penny-RIP) I have a bantam male that is loving to me, but not my son. I have a standard male that flogs anyone who is within reach. The aggressive ones are the best at breeding. I have white bantam polish in the bator. I have a bunch of standard and bantam eggs on there way to my home. The hatching has begun.

I know where to get Talbot eggs if your really interested, PM me. I know they won't be cheep.

I have 3 polish girls. A Golden Laced, Buff Laced and a black with white crest.
They are actually a lot more aloof than my other chickens. They tolerate me holding them but don't ask for it.

I've never had luck with polish until I bought Miss Boss my gold laced polish. I have to get some shots of her soon. SHe started off looking like she would be bearded but since growing she has no face fuzz anymore. She is the top henny in last batch of chicks.
