By no means do I know much about chickens...but the white roo looks like
my white amber link. I got mine at TSC this spring.
Maybe ask the neighbor?

this is the sweetest thread of seen. your neighbor might think that hes going to your house causing trouble when they notice him missing. maybe they locked him up hope not. maybe hes an excess rooster and they dont want to keep him, wouldnt that be nice. I would skidaddle over there before they put him in a pot.

I am 5000% sure it's a red sex link roo- got lots of them as packing peanuts with my cuckoo marans chicks this past spring. Got some outside right now too.

Actually, he looks more like a HALF white Leghorn than a fullblood. I have some RIR x White Leghorn cockerels and they look like him. A little black leakage on the breast area, and red leakage on the wings. Mine have gotten redder with age.
But he could also be a red sexlink rooster, because they also look very similar and are also white and red genetics. It is common to get the red sexlinks from the feedstore, but on the other hand RIRs and Leghorns are common in the barnyard and he could be a barnyard mutt too.

The guy on the right in this pic is one of my RIRxLeghorns and he looks similar to your mystery cockerel.
