My quail egg hasn't hatched yet it's 20 days today

Yes basically

These are my call ducklings (call ducks almost always need help hatching)
The first pictures are of Jo Jo she sadly died after a few days but their was something wrong with her
After I took the shell off on the air sac

After the blood vessels had receded and I had removed the membrane

Just after hatching, absolutely pooped and I did all the work

After she had poofed up
Happily in my bra like her mother loved (her mum died just after I put her egg in the incubator)

The next morning (I had woken up and brought her up to my bed, I am still in my pj's)

Should I take all of the air cell off I have open it slightly she is chirping but not sure if I should carry on ?

If you wet the membrane are their blood vessels???

And this is my other call ducklings (lulu died sadly) there is so much death in hatching

No don't put any extra water in
She doesn't need food or water for 24 hours but once she is fluffed up she can come out of the incubator and into her brooder with food and water (make sure to put marbles in her water they can drown really easily)

She is adorable

Is 37.5 how warm it was before she hatched
You want the temperature to be the same as before

Thankyou so much for your help if it wasn't for you I don't know what I would do you are truly amazing does it still need to be humid in there ? She's trying to find her feet I think . Yes she was helping me while I was helping her out she was really stuck it was really hard to break xx
