In my horse it meant that she had punctured the joint. In horses it's pretty serious as infection will usually set in, so I had to take her to the UC Davis so they could flush her joint until she healed. I have no idea what it means in birds, nor do I know how one would treat it if that's what it is.Yes. It was similar to that but in a very large lump that shouldn't be there. What would that mean if it were joint fluid?
