Exactly Miss Prissy. I don't think people realize how many things you have to screw up to nail recipes and cooking techniques. Fortunately for me, I have a hubby with a cast-iron stomach and questionable taste buds....so there is very little waste

I saute all the chopped veggies and ham, add salt, pepper, herbs. Then mix 10-12 eggs with veggies per QUICHE!
wisk the eggs, add other ingr and cheese and pour into crusts and bake on the bottem rack of the oven. enjoy!
