Looks great! I have been looking for a simple quiche recipe. I am assuming that you just mix it all and put it in the pie crust and bake?

    I am doing 2 kinds -

    - sausage and potato (red, white, yukon gold and purple fingerlings sliced) with cheddar, seasoned with onions and garlic

    - chicken with red and green bellpepper, onions, garlic, brocolli, shredded carrot, parmesain and a mix of colby and monterey jack cheese.

My kitchen is smelling great. My 2 yr old came in said, "Nummy, Mommy. I want some in my mouth!"

This will be great and may not make it past lunch for at least one. LOL
