12 fresh eggs
1 cup cheese
salt
pepper
garlic
chopped ham or veggies
bake 340 for 1 hr or until firm

I was looking for a quiche recipe here, and look at this thread I found. Woooweee, how gorgeous are these things? Florida Chick, is that 12 eggs for each individual quiche??? Did you freeze these things? Gorgeous mmm mmm mmmm.

I am doing 2 kinds -

- sausage and potato (red, white, yukon gold and purple fingerlings sliced) with cheddar, seasoned with onions and garlic

- chicken with red and green bellpepper, onions, garlic, brocolli, shredded carrot, parmesain and a mix of colby and monterey jack cheese.

My kitchen is smelling great. My 2 yr old came in said, "Nummy, Mommy. I want some in my mouth!"

This will be great and may not make it past lunch for at least one. LOL
