My Quiche!

Ok, I got my eggs and ingredients mixed up and my muffin tin greased (I am doing it in that so DW has a fast easy breakfast in the mornings). One last question- I know this will rise as it bakes, how much should I put in each tin spot?

that is a good idea for breakfast portions. you could pop them out, put them on cookie sheets and freeze for a little bit, then put in a freezer bag. they wont stick together and you can get one out at a time!

Yes ma'am. I took pics of the tin full of the "batter". Now I am trying to decide whether to make farmer's casserole for dinner or chicken alfredo.....

Way to go Buster!!!! Hubby is fixing supper for me as I type this!!!! Nothing in the world like a guy that is willing to cook a good meal once in awhile!!!
