My Red Rooster

I have a 6 month old Rhode Island rooster who chases and attacks my dog whose a morkie. The morkie though loves to chase the hens. My dad thinks that this means that Flare will be an aggressive rooster. Is this true and what can I do to make sure the dig doesn't get hurt

Your dog shouldn't be allowed near your chickens at all. One dog's "play" nip at a chicken will kill it. Keeping the dog away from the chickens will also protect it from the rooster.

You rooster probably chases your dog because your dog harasses your chickens. Keep him on a leash and give him some manners around them if you don't want dead birds or a pecked dog.
