They told me here that he is a gold laced wyndott. He really likes to sneak up behind me and attack. My dogs and cats are even afraid of him. When he attacks me, I pick him up and carry him around for a while talking to him. He doesn't thrash around when I try to hold him anymore.
My RIR roo did that for the longest time and I used the pick up and carry method worked wonders. Now all I get is a peck on the foot when I let them out in the morning... I can hear him saying "It's about freaking time LADY!!!!" Now my niece can pick him up without problems.
