Yep, Ron looks just like my red sexlink hens. Curious and Weird. (Daughter named them) My 2 hens when they were chicks were not red either they were a lighter shade of red though

genetics can b a funny thing nothing is 100% exact. i have a black star that is BLUE with a black and red neck...i think she is neat..she is just like the other sexlinks just a little difrferent color

Sorry to hijack this VERY old thread, but I have a silkie rooster that is trying to mate with my JG cockeral. Do they ever mate with other males? Or is Rocky, Roxie?
