My Rooster Is Wheezing, And His Crow Is Really Raspy. What Is This??

My rooster has a crow that is really raspy, sometimes he loses his voice. Is this allergies, or something else?
His eyes are clear, he is really energetic, and he has a nice appetite.
Can y'all help me out here, and share you opinion???

He is active and forages a lot. He acts completely fine, he just as a very raspy crow. is this allergies. Please help.
