Well, those saddle feathers definitely mean male. If the eggs are coming from him, maybe he's a gynandromorph?

Perhaps try separating him to see see if he really is laying, or if the blue eggs continue to show up in his absence.
 
Yep as mentioned before you probably aren't aware you've got an EE who's sneaking in there. That is a definite Ameraucana cockerel.
 
This is the only hen that I dont know about she only spends about 2 min. in the nest boxat a time.THe one in front

I betcha the one in the first picture is laying your blue egg. (the one in front - the one in the back is a cockerel) A green egg is simply a blue egg with a brown coating. (spray paint) So if the paint booth gets skipped and the paint is not applied, you will get a blue egg.
 
I have heard of dominate hens crowing.
My EE hen...looks like a roo...but defiantly laying eggs

Try putting food coloring on the vent of the bird in question.

If you get an egg with a colored dot ta-da you have a hen.
