I was just thinking of you! Do you have any suggestions for toothpaste? He has a really sensitive mouth and it gets irritated by toothpaste really easily. We've never figured out why though, and his dentist didn't have any suggestions either.

He is not alone!

I admit, I didnt read if you got responses to this question already, so If I am being redundant, just ignore me.

But, I have the same problem! I hate toothpaste, and have my entire 4 decade life! I have tried everything from natural crap to no toothpaste at all. I have found a product, call Toms, all natural. and I use that as well as a product from my dentist called Flouridex. (can only be gotten at a dentist office) I alternate the two, and it seems to work! I havent had a cavity in years.

I acknowledge you for listening to your son. My parents thought I was making it up to get out of brushing my teeth. It was a real sore spot for me for a long time! (no pun intended!)

I have a lot of allergies, all he has to do is tell me it itches and I'm climbing down his throat to check it out lol. I would never dream of trying to force him to use something that hurts, tastes bad, or is irritating.

Me, too. I like either the Jason Co-Q10 toothpaste from the health food store or there's another one that sometimes Walmart carries - it's for people with sensitive teeth and it has NO sodium laureth sulfate (the sudsy stuff). It's Biotene brand.

You might try one of those...

Thanks and I'll check on those!

He's doing good, he'll have a scar from the baseball though, he has a perfect H under his nose. Luckily the tooth that turned out to be a little loose is firming up. I'm worried about the cuts on the inside though, they don't seem to be healing very well.

the inside of ya mouth takes 2 ta 3 times longer to heal,,,, and dont worry bout scars,, they can only make him look better

We just got 3 roos from you! LOL White Boy and Houdini are brave,, they tried to gang up on Sparkle and it didn't work, so they went over to Nugget and started doing the rooster dance in front of him. He walked away... they were embarrassed.
