My thin cornish cross

He is for sure a CX, I don't know if you can see it from the pic but he is really blocky.

A quick Google search shows they are a larger, thick bird as far as standard sized birds go. What makes you sure it's a Cornish cross?

Because that is what all 24 other birds in his batch were. They were butchered at 10 weeks ad were on avg. 4 lbs dress weight.
 
Most Cornish crosses are Cornish x White Rocks. My guess is he just took on more of the white rock traits.
That's exactly what I was going to say, it could be a throwback to the Plymouth part of the genetics. Hopefully he skips the heart and leg issues as part of the deal.
