My Weekly Growth Log--Serama chicks

I thought it would be interesting and informative to post weekly pictures of my chicks development.

I chose 4 chicks that hatched yesterday from a pair that I have in a breeding pen. That way I have records of what they parents look like and what birds they are from. We can see how they grow, feather out, and if they share the qualities of their parents!

The hen is a frizzled serama

and the roo is a smooth feathered serama.

Lets hope for some frizzled chicks!
Im considering marking them 1,2, 3, and 4 so that we can tell them apart....we will see.

Mine are Serama hybrids (one is a Serama/D'Uccle, the others are Serama/OE Game Bantams).
