Ok, that pip is in a good place. Nice and high in the air cell. It will be a while, but your peep should hatch fine. If your friend can see the beak, it is inline with the pip in the shell which means the peep can breath, so that is all good. I light misting of water (very light) wouldn't hurt though....just to keep the membrane damp.
