My WONDERFUL neighborly neighbor.....NOT!

Really this thread makes me happy to have the neighbors I have. They are feeding my turkeys (I provided the feed) that decided to jump the fence and hatch in their yard.

while I can not see any of my neighbors from my yard, I do have them in walking distance. Some are great but a couple annoy me. The ones down on the bottom of the hill have built a mud racing ring and make insane racket with their monster trucks every saterday.

and ones to one side of the property are mean people and forever letting their kid ride on my land with their four wheeler. They had a dispute with the person we bought the land form and are now trying to carry that dispute to us.

but the others on the other side are very sweet people who have helped us every chance they get. they even bush hog my property for free. They have also allowed me to borrow their tools on occasion.

You know what you need to do? Go down to one of those dollar stores and buy out every single yard decor thing they have. My husband brought home a hideous solar thing with two turtles holding up a "Hello!" sign that you simply must have. darn thing startles the poultry. Get as many as you can and line them up on that little border so they blink "HELLO! HELLO! HELLO!" every two feet.

I love dandelions! the entire plant is edible and it improves soil quality and increases the speed of ripening fruit.

I've never made dandelion wine! (And I love wine, lol)

The bunnies and chickens appreciate the dandelions and all the other assorted weeds, heck, if it weren't for weeds, I'd have no yard at all!

I see trouble waiting with the kid riding on your land with his atv. If he gets hurt on your property you might be held liable. You need to post 'no trespassing' signs and if possible put up a fence, at least posts and barbed wire. Document each time you contact his parents, document everything.

As soon as I have some extra $ this month ( I overspent my fixed income on car repairs) I am going to the dollar store for yard "things"

Oh yeah....I would put it up the front right by my property line facing his house!
