Myself and my friend Bipolarism

I suffer from depression, though I know it is different than someone who has Bi Polar disease. As a young teen, it can be very hard to cope with sometimes!! I am glad that you are able to get on meds, they really do help. A lot. I honestly don't blame you for going off on that guy, I would have done the exact thing.

Well I got my veterans benefit acceptance letter and I am getting my meds from the government. Also I will be attending some mental doctors sessions to curb my bipolar incidents and some long lasting stuff to get off my chest.

Cant really say im on the road to recovery because you cant recover from bipolarism, but im on the path to seek medical and mental help.

Good for you!

I worked in a counseling office while I was in college and the benefits really are quite amazing. Just remember that if you don't click with one therapist its perfectly ok to switch to another. We had a few people come through that tried one person and didn't quite click so they switched to another. That's a major component of successful psychotherapy!

Listen to me everyone attitude changes but that doesn't change who you are as a person. I think people who are bipolar should not be treated any differently than others. Sometimes I think I am bipolar because my emotions etc change before I even know it.

well a while ago I went to a massage therapist, who now is a part of our extended family. She gave me a massage called " the Alchemy"

at the end I was like a soggy piece of asparagus. but she also chimed the " Tibetan bowl and bells". It was for my bipolarism. She never did that for anyone in our family, and for only a handful of clients.

Yay me!
