I simply went to the charts and started picking my way down the list. No genius here! I have no idea if that's what it is or not. It looks quite chunky, but so did the roo in the pic. Cubalaya has red lobes.

True. Easter Eggers aren't actually a breed, while Ameraucanas are.Depending on the breeding Easter Eggers can have any feather color, any leg color, any comb type, and bearded or non-bearded. Its either an Easter Egger or an Ameraucana with incorrect leg color...which would make it an Easter Egger. It doesn't fit any other breed that I can think of.
Can't tell for sure from the pic, but the eyes look blue/gray. I have not been able to find a breed with such light legs. I think it might be an albino.
Could it be a Rhode Island White?
True. There is a thread on here somewhere where a gal had twin albino chicks and named them Allie and Bino. It's an interesting read.a true albino would have red eyes.... like a white mouse.
