It actually is higher than the rest of the area...these new little chicks are relentless when it comes to kicking stuff around. Haha. I may need to raise it even higher now that they have grownPartridge rock maybe or Welsummer assuming it is a pure breed but it doesn't look quite right for either.
By the way, putting your water station up on a block or brick will stop it getting so much poop and bedding kicked into it and keep the water cleaner.
Really?! I would love one to lay blue/green eggs!Not a BSL and not a Welsummer. Looks like a mix breed to me, probably a second generation Easter Egger.
