She isn't active at all now, just because she hasn't eaten enough, but she still seems interested in things, just no energy to do anything...

Can you give the duck 20mg of baytril?

There are about 2.2lbs in a kg and the dosage is 10-15mg/kg.

So ~5mg X 4lbs=20mgs

I can probably get some baytril if I get it delivered here in time...I am trying to find something for a tube feed right now...I have zero tubes and tractor supply had nothing. I have to come up with something quick

You can use aquarium air line or maybe vinal tubing from Home Depot. If you use either of these you must melt the end with a lighter because they could be too sharp otherwise.

Check your toilet tank.
