Haha! No choc for me though- don't like it much..

I'll try to think of a better bribe..
First... it will be a sex linked cross- this will be a non-barred roo over barred hens. Result: barred boys, non barred girls. This can be good for early sexing/culling... but maybe not so great if you wanted to keep the barring in this project but don't really want to keep back a boy for breeding....
Tank may be also pure for Co- which makes him a black tail buff/red. It is pretty dominant so if he is pure, the chicks will largely grow into 'black tail buff/tan/reds' but with varying amounts of detailing on their backs. He is also wheaten, which causes cream chick down, not always so easy to see the barring head spot... The males will be colored more or less like DesertChic's NN Bielefelder crosses.
Apoc, the roosters will be Crele colored, the hens will be wheaten- kind of looks like a black tail buff but not quite so.
I'll throw in Snape anyways- if he is pure for black, then all chicks will be black, with the head spot the easiest to see. Roosters- just like Snape's black and red coloration, except with barring. The hens will either be black, or mostly black with some brown/red streaks and "lacing" on their breasts. If Snape is not pure for black, chances are pretty good the other half is wheaten, so either like Apoc's or Tank's results.
edited for clarification: if Snape is not pure for black, then the chicks will come out half black and half.. not, most likely wheaten, and also most likely Co being present because both of those genes are so common in hatchery NN. Co has no effect on a black bird.. that is why I don't know if the 'non-black chicks' will turn out like Tank's or Apoc's probable results.
Usually the barring on crosses are not as strong.. it can be quite variable though.
So.. if you are a fan of the legbar coloring, Apoc is the best bet. Tank likely will give limited color variation, same goes for Snape if he is pure for black.
Let me know if I've helped? This is exciting, can't wait to see who you decide on and the resulting babies! You have no excuse not to do this..... you have an incubator... Dumbledore has been away, has it been a week by now? this is also great for cleaning out the hens of his goodies... spring is coming... perfect timing...
