Naked Neck/Turken Thread

Hi guys! I need some expert naked neck sexing help. The first two birds hatched on 7/27 and came from Cackle Hatchery pre-sexed female. The last 3 are about 1-2 weeks younger and are NN/Americauna crosses from a local Hatchery. Sorry for the bad photos...they're pretty wiggly.

# 2 looks like boy. araucana/ameraucana crosses can be tricky to sex. looks like 2-3 girls but you need to wait a couple of weeks more to be sure.

#2 from the top does appear to be a cockerel. I'm not sure about #4. There's still a chance it's a pullet. Oh, and #3...I LOVE her feathering!

Checked the babies leg bands this morning. Had to change about half of them. These chicks seem to be growing fast.

Wow, lovely birds! It's definitely re-assuring to see that the Cackle NNs grow up to be of nice quality. How are their temperament?
