He is big for 3 weeks old!!!

I think Blondie is looking more male by the day. But he will never compete with Big Ugly Gordon for sheer awful looks.

About 20 weeks old, very tall, not even crowing yet and looks like this......

PG how is Mort ?

Oh I like your hugh birds but it is a good thing that they are able to run free ! I gather that you do not have many predators in the neighborhood ?

Your Blondie looks a pretty little girl, Flower. My Blondie looks like a cockerel.

My BUG (Big Ugly Gordon) is quite feisty with the others, even tries to mate my very largest Brahma hen who has taken to behaving like a roo when he is around...hackles up, striking out, pecking etc, but only to Gordon. Gordon's neck also feels like a corrugated rubber mat. He runs like a jungle fowl and stretches up oh so tall.

Glad to say that Mort has lived to crow another day,his foot improving again AFTER he finished his antibiotics. He remains a loud and proud sweetheart, but still hides behind the wall for the girls to come along as he has learnt this is a good stalking tactic!
