Here are my six. Hoping for one or two males and the rest females since I want to start a flock of just naked necks

Blue foot's brother, big boy was 5 pounds at 12 weeks. He was out of the same rooster but a Delaware hen.I really like your method . 16 weeks is a good time . what will be they weight?

Ok by local standards. Its s 5 plus hour drive to.... anywhere that has a decent number of poultry enthusiasts.I quite like that " I live in the middle of nowhere " hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I'd love to but I'm currently full with standard birds.Nice birds, everyone. Any one interested in keeping bantam NN's going? Dunlap is the only hatchery I see that sells them presently.
I've read about people doing it but I never have. I like my big birds.Would it be reasonable to keep standards and bantams together? Or would it be best to just keep then separate?
There can be problems with some breeds but for the most part my bantams and large fowl mixed well. The Bantams take care of themselves just fine when dealing with an aggressive hen or rooster.Would it be reasonable to keep standards and bantams together? Or would it be best to just keep then separate?

I still have big boy and have used him for some breeding projects. I like that blue foot tags his kids with the blue feet. The other bird that comes from the same line is baby the henView attachment 2182670I have several Blue looking Nn still in the brooder out of her and the splash Nn.View attachment 2182673ok so not a great pic but I caught 2 of the blue Nn in the same pic.... lol one of them has the little "fat bird butt" I see so often on the cornish cross broilers... baby looked like that as a young chick, I thought she was a rooster for the longest time cuz she was so much bigger than her hatch mates.
I do not lack for projects, just space and time.
