It all depends on whether parents (regardless of gender) are NaNa (two copies of naked neck gene) or Nana+ (one copy of naked neck gene).
If one parent is NaNa, ALL its offspring will have naked necks (no matter what the other parent has).
If one parent is Nana+, the offspring have a 50% chance of inheriting naked neck.
If both parents are Nana+, the offspring have two 50% chances of inheriting naked neck.
If it gets 'lucky' and inherits from both parents, it will be NaNa.
If it is 'unlucky' in the 'genetics jackpot', it can not inherit the gene for naked neck at all.
