My 2 newest additions from Dipsy Doodle Doo eggs

1 is looks almost silver and not sure what color the other will be. Any ideas?

Nothing from the other eggs yet... fingers crossed.

The dark one has to be a blue, the other could be splash or blue (probably another blue). Does the feather footed chick have a light headspot?

I am all good with a splash or a blue on the NN! The dark one has no head spot, is this one of the barred chicks?

wyandottes would be soo much easier but I've decided to make it so much harder by making a goal of laced birds with laced tails(like sebrights). Seems such a minor detail but genetically there's a major difference between laced vs non laced tails. Main reason is I simply like laced tails better but also there are barely any laced large fowl with laced tails so they'd buck the trend a little bit.

Making this even harder by wanting to make them hen-feathered too.. because it helps the roo have good lacing all over like the hens.

two of the laced NN lay green eggs. hope to carry this along also. Hen feathered, large, laced with laced tails, green egg laying NN, let's see what else I might want to throw in... ha!

Frizzle in the mix would look good.

I'm trying to figure out what pen it came from still. No one in #2 pen has feathered legs / feet. The splash NNFGE guy in Tx pen has feathered feet, but his girls are 2 splashes and a barred. So the blue feather leg chick almost has to be from the barred hen and will be female (if it was male it would have a head spot).

Haha! Frightening to think how those sussex would look if frizzled, they would seem monstrously huge!

Hey do you know of any pictures of silver laced frizzles? I'd like to see how this pattern looks when frizzled.
