Naked Neck/Turken Thread

Got another question... You guys are so full of good information!!
How big should a NN be by almost three months? I'm concerned that mine don't seem to be growing much...
They free range all day with a meal in morning and one in evening. They eat almost anything given to them. Plenty of water and bugs but they just seem so small compared to other pics I'm seeing...

Yep. I hear ya. I bought some new NN's at a swap this wknd and the guy said they're NOT bant, they're full sized. But the chick looked so little! So I bought it anyways and now that that one's home I'm looking at the size compared to my others it looks puny! So what if my others are a week older. You can still tell. Plus none of the other NN's I got have ever been that puny! Well I'm keeping it anyways. He insists it's a pullet but his reasoning sounded stupid. And when I asked again at the end of the converstation how he could tell, he gave me a line that sounded like complete hogwash. So I've no clue what sex it is. I *am* upset that it's a bant, but I guess I can sill use it, anyways. Plus I suppose I can breed it to my silkies for the time being, considering the fact that I lost all my 3 showgirls. Yes, I realize it's not the same thing. But it's only temporary and until I find show girl replacements. besides, I may get some cute mixes. I have silkies in black, splash, paint, and I can't remember the other colors. I'm 95% sure all my silkies are pullets, so I guess if this 1 little NN is a cockerel then that'd end up working out in the end.

On another note, here are the new NN's I got. I believe someone said the darker one is birchen (it's a rusty looking black color) and the other 3 are silver penciled.

And here is a pic of my beautiful partridge pullet. She's 5 wks old.

Your babys are beautiful!
But how big should they be? Or is it in such a range that average isn't possible?

Who, me? IDK. I've never had chickens before. THis is all new to me. I've never seen a standard sized naked neck before, just show girls and madagasgar games, both of which are tiny little bantams.
