I can see that, I have LF hens and this guy makes them look small, and he is very gentle around my bantams which I was worried about. So far anyway. My game/bantam roo is my bad boy but I'm hoping as time goes by he'll at least tolerate this big boy, bless his heart when the game roo comes after him he runs and sticks his head down in a corner with his butt up in the air. My dh thinks he thinks he's an ostrich.I vote female for Buff and Jody![]()
Miss Lydia As far as my experience stand fowl NN are twice the size of their female counterpart. And the few males that I have had the pleasure of owning were also quite gentle. My very favorite was a partridge NN. He was very colorful and gentle. But as usual, for every rule there are exceptions. But you are lucky. How is the flock gettig along ?
