I had the one broody start up almost a week and a half ago, so I gave her some eggs and filled the bator. Now if she is the only one to go broody there are going to be more chicks then she can handle, but my girls usually see someone else broody and decide that just might be a good idea too and start setting. I have been worried b/c no one had taken up the hint yet and Sunday is half time for the eggs so they needed to get on the ball so they would have some "setting" time before the hatch. Last night one other girl joined in. So problem solved, if the hatch is good two could manage since the weather is warmer now.
