Naked Neck/Turken Thread

@Kassaundra , how often/how much do you feed boiled eggs to your chicks and chickens? I have lots of eggs and want to start doing this, but don't have a good feel for how much is too much.

Filed eggs have a place in this world too, just file under eggs and there you go

Some juvie pics from today. They are out in the big outdoors now, would have been much sooner but when a hatch has scaleless in it I don't put them out as fast. Beautimer is up front (he had just the one neck feather, Beautimous had no neck fuzz) I think Me Too is mottled???? but didn't have the "penguin" down that mottled's usually do?? One of the red heads This is the black fm that has the white goatee, and had the white butt fuzz, it all turned to black feathers now Blondie being a ham Ready, set .................. This one has the same patterning as Pie and a couple of other mottled / barred. The barring on most feathers and very light along the back Me Too is looking interesting, but I'm afraid he is a he and sadly has neck feathers.
Me too looks interrsting to me also. I like how like her light barreds mottled pattern with that white legs. Oh and that scaleless has the most beautiful skin colir. Looks almost purple/lavender with green legs. She is going to be a looker if she keeps this color. What kind of comb she has? Oh and do the scaleless carrie feather color genes?

When they are chicks and I have plenty they get them daily or near daily. I don't believe you can over feed them (well w/I reason anyway) Don't let their cute little faces trick you they will CUT YOU for eggs!!!!!

A single comb I believe. Yes they still have the feather color genes, just no follicles to grow them.
