So I had to tell someone who understands my excitement...
I got a white one, yaaaay!!! Though I do love them all, even though the family calls them buzzards.... On another bright note, the 5 Cornish cross chicks are doing well on a restricted diet. These don’t seem quite as ravenous as my previous batches. They play and jump and run with the turkens. Hopefully I can get a couple to breeding age, (the ones that slow or quit “chickening” will go to freezer camp, yes I know that might be all of them.) I would love to have some extra meaty naked necked crosses one day. Fingers crossed.
