When I make jam, I can it immediately after cooking it while it is still hot.

I usually do too. I had to break off cooking it to go do my errands, which included a chiropractor appointment.

Hubby likes the jam, so I'm making more!

What happened?

Phoenix freeways are horrendous for rocks because drivers here don't understand the concept of covering loads. It's so bad there's a state law that insurance carriers can't raise your rates for glass claims. She took one right at the edge of the glass and it immediately shot a crack halfway across the windshield right in her field of view. Fortunately, her warranty from the dealer includes full glass and paint chip repair, so we just had to schedule service.
