Here's mine with that rubbery shelf liner. I toss them in the laundry when done and let them air dry. They wash up nice. Mine are hatching as we speak.I was thinking of those dish mats that are non slip? You know the decently cheap ones? And under that maybe something to help the mess? I don't know about the vents. I will go look in a moment. It's supposed to have an auto turner but it sucks so I was hand turning at first.
Oh I just posted a picture of that stuff!!The cheap rubber shelf liner, you can get it in rolls at the dollar store, that's what I use. Very easy to cut and its great non skid for the chicks.
