Naming inanimate objects?

I used to have a Ford van named "Bo Rad", it was supposed to be "Boo Rad" after Boo Radley from "To Kill A Mockingbird" but the name got misspelled on the application. It was a great conversation starter.

I named my Jeep "lil Zipper", but after riding with me ...a friend renamed it "The Rag Top Rocket"!

I can't keep the names of my children straight, much less inanimate objects...

Back when I was young and free, I had a car named Melbie...

My blue i-pod is smurfette, my nook is delilah, and my bike is sophia (cause its a cream and chrome cruiser with a basket, looks french). My computor is the silver fox!
