Daughter of Eve....love the story about Clyde!
Rod and Carol...I still have your email address for when my Nankins start laying! I have 5 cockerels and 1 pullet that I bought from Lund Poultry in Wisconsin, and another 25 chicks from Mary Ann Harley in South Carolina. All were hatched within the last few months, so they are still babies. I'm really looking forward to showing later this year and (hopefully) raising quality Nankins to help keep the breed going.
Even though there are big time gaps between posts on here sometimes, it is the only active Nankin Forum online I have found. If you look through the previous posts, I sent quite a few pics of my birds. AND someone was kind enough to send a link to the ABA Standard! I really love these little birds!
Looking forward to hearing more about your flock!

I'm a total nocie when it comes to chicken genetics so I have a lot to learn but am looking forward to it. And Micki, mine got stuck for an extra day as well. I don't think they were ever really lost, but it did take them over 18 hours to make an 8 hour drive from one sorting facility in Georgia to the next one in Alabama.
