When i called them they had great service and every time i called i got an answer so i dont know what was going on when you were calling.
Also im pretty sure that they arent middle men and that they hatch and raise most of their poultry breeds themselves.

Have you heard anything? Several months ago. I ordered Call Ducks for Spring 2010. They called me and said they had
some available and did I want them to be shipped or did I want to wait until spring OR did I ant my money back. I even
called them once and DID NOT leave a messege and they must have caller ID because they called me back in 5 minutes.

I chose to take 6 Call ducks they had available. Feathered juveniles that are extremely friendly and not frightened or anything.
I am pleased with the ducks. Now I would question ordering from Nature's again after hearing your story.

I feel bad for you and this is very strange. Let us know what is happening.

I agree every time i have talked to them they were very kind and also very respectful. They answered all of my questions that i had and im prolly going to order from them in the spring.

I am just concerned that they may be having employee problems or may be under new management. I am going to call
just to see what happens. This has happened with many businesses. Or perhaps they had something terrible happen
and need time to get back on track.

I would be interested to see if the OP has heard from them.

ive found its best to order within a 2-3 state range. there are many good hatheries out there. just beware for ones who arent. all hatcheries make mistakes just like any other business. usually if you call them and let it be known and that you demand satisfaction they will rectify the situation

I had a really good experience with Natures. I actually called after I ordered because I had a question. We somehow got disconnected and the guy called me right back. All the ducks and chickens were super healthy and we even got an extra Indian Runner in our order.
