Need a little help!

So, I've been feeding the birds and pigeons for almost a year. My neighbor came and said they didn't like me doing that. I want to "move" the feeding to my back yard. I started throwing seeds on the roof to move them. How long do you think it will take them to learn that is were they will eat? Oh, and over here where I live, no one really cares about the wildlife.

Why would someone care if you feed wild birds or not! I think that is crappy on their part! Personally we love to feed them. They are a joy to watch!

Yes! The way I see it we are all god`s creatures and if I can help wild birds a little it makes me feel good!

Exactly right! They are swimming in sea of misery and want everyone else to go swimming with them! Instead of trying to do something positive!

Just wanted to share how I take care of my little pets.
Fist picture is from before we got blasted with snow. You can see a few squirrels, besides the birds.

This is just a couple days ago picture. Snow cowering ground,, makes finding food difficult for birdies.

I provide liquid water in a heated bowl. That heated bowl will be there all winter. It has a thermostat, so when it gets a warm day,,,,, electricity turns off

And one final question,,,,,,

Yes I have! I love having more space! I feed them and I don't have to worry about anyone!

I have quail come along with doves, grackles and some others! Its been very nice out here

(There is over 200 doves that eat in the neighbors field, the rest of them come to me for food)

Also, if I may ask, where did you get your heated water bowl from? I'm having problems with the frozen water.

I purchased from my local Farm supply store. I also opted to have it shipped,,, since shipping for me was reasonable. I would have had to travel 60 miles round to pick it up. Purchased 2 of them.
Here is a pix of what I purchased. I'm pretty sure these are available from suppliers all over. It is Farm Innovators BRAND.
I suppose you can order from Farm, and Fleet. Not Shure
how much shipping to Texas would be.

Wild birds are used to foraging for food - it's a built-in survival skill. When one food sources disappears, they'll look for another. Go ahead and move your feeder, they'll find it.
