Need advice on this hutch for my chickens.

I am planning on keeping only 4 chickens this summer 2 hens and 2 roo's (Silkies) I wanted to buy something small so I looked at what TSC had and I fell inlove with this. it says it is good for 2-4 chickens I was going to divided it in the middle 2 on each side. Would this be a good place to keep them?

I have chick-n-hutches. They are good for raising chicks but keep in mind that silkies really don't like ramps. They can't see very well and can't fly. So you will need to coax them and keep the food inside the coop to get them to go up the ramp at night. Even then...!

I use my chick-n-hutches for broody hens and raising chicks now (when I have no room in the shed coops). I have tried using them as coops (I have had 7 of them and they aren't terribly durable either. But then I didn't seal them or do any maintenance. I used plywood and plexiglass to make them less drafty. The wind still blows in from the bottom though.

All in all, I don't recommend them for coop use for silkies. The silkies I kept in there didn't want to go up and down the piece of wood I used as a ramp.

This ramp looks a bit more navigable for a silkie, although maybe a bit too steep and I'd put a brick under the very end of the ramp to lift it just a tad for them. They would hop right on up to it.

I have not ever had this coop though, and so really can't give advice on its durability etc.

The Ware chicken coops (the one you posted, not this one) really don't last long in the weather although are good for a quick fix in case you need a coop fast. I will always have a chick-n-hutch around because they are so handy.

This one would be much more silkie-friendly. I would drill some more ventilation holes up high, though for this one.
