Been over an hou... no change. We can here the chick cheeping... ????

Okay... So, we have decided to assist in hatching... We helped with unzipping without disturbing the membrane.

Start at the air cell end and very carefully remove the shell. Make sure there is no blood but I think you are probably OK there as the zip has definitely begun.

Can someone give me some advice please....the chicks are now 2 weeks old in the last few days the smaller one of the bunch (it is alot smaller) has been walking backwards,head leaned to one side and i have noticed its very thin,what can i do to help amd what could it be?

Wry neck or something similar. You may want to start a new post with pictures, but for immediate care, I would provide a vitamin supplement to all of the chicks, heavy on vitamin E and selenium if possible. Hope she improves.
