Hi all!
I got my order of quail chicks today, they were supposed to be 3 weeks old but some look as young as a few days up to 2. Weeks. I have never had quail chicks before only my adults so I’m not 100 % but I do know there is quite the age range.
I have them set up in a large rabbit cage indoors with a heat lamp in 1 corner floor temp is about 90F....
My thought with putting it in 1 corner is that the older chicks can gauge how hot and cold they need to be but....
Am I going to kill these things by doing this????

I have 2 separate waters 1 close to lamp and 1 further away and a central feeding bowl.
Any tips on how to improve this setup?
