By “training” I mean the kind that when completed, the dog knows the chickens belong there and are not to be touched. Depending on the dog, that can happen quickly, or it can take some time and consistent work.

I do the problem is getting her off the eggs long enough to see what is under herMark the ones you're letting her keep, then only pull new ones every 2-3 days. Eventually the others girls will stop. At least mine usually do.
