Need Help ! Baby chick having trouble hatching.

I would keep him as warm as possible. Do you have a heat lamp you can use? How does his belly look?

Belly looks fine, everything is intact. He's peeping a lot now, and trying to squirm around a little. Gotta go out and get the heat lamp, I have him on a heating pad still, covered. He's completely out of the shell now. I went ahead and removed the towel, and put in a dry one. Now we're just doing a lot of praying
