Yesterday I saw what I thought was bloody poop in my chick pen I also saw some blood in different areas. I looked and looked and couldn't find anyone bleeding, or with any injuries. Then today I was feed my hicks and picked one up that was sleeping. It was being so sweet and sleeping in my hand I checked it over to make sure it wasn't hurt and saw nothing. Then I took it over to my husband and showed him I pulled it's wings to show him he wasn't hurt and there was blood on my hand, and around his butt. Looked like it had a bloody poop or a blood clot. I am worried that all my chicks might have something. Anyone have any idea what is going on. I have the chick in my house away from all the others he is sleeping and not opening its eyes much.
Forgot to add, they have pine shavings as bedding and are eating chick start medicated. I refill the feeder every day and change their water several times a day because it gets dirty. It is also about 3 weeks old
