Need help figuring out what my Rhode Island Red has

My Rhode Island Red girl has a big lump on her right side. We recently discovered she has vent gleet . We are currently treating her. I was just wondering if anyone had a similar situation with inflammation and lumping that is not in her vent. Thank you!

Unfortunately we found out she had water belly and she didn't make it Unfortunately . We miss her so much
