Need help identifying this breed

Wyandottes are late to mature. I said LIKELY so obviously I could be wrong. In the one photo I see what looks like male saddle feathers coming in. I recommend posting a clear close up of the saddle area. Others will likely also chime in at some point.
The seller obviously lied to you about the breed, so could have lied to you about the gender, too. 😊
Oh yes I see what you mean. The saddle feathers was a final "ok it's a boy." I didnt even know about saddle feathers until I started some roo research. :)
 
My avatar is a GLW. I have two left that are seniors. Mine looks different than the picture here. Yours is still young and yours will probably change the colors of the feathers as it gets older. I love these girls like my own cats.
